At what cost silence?

by Thoughtful

I wonder what would happen if all those people out there who perhaps made deals with the devil (accepted money for silence) would come to their senses and speak out anyway?

Making a deal with criminal is a mistake. When you realize the mistake, the deal is off. You are no longer bound by the "deal" because it wasn't a fair deal in the first place — it was a cheat and a fraud!

A “deal” made under false pretenses is a no deal.

When one makes a “deal” with malignant person or group one is immediately enslaved by that group. One's future becomes degradation, disease, death. It is a matter of self preservation to cauterize the wound, and you do that by speaking out.

Publicly exposing any conspiracy is part of the first step of A to E — how an individual ceases to be part of a suppressive group. People who make deals with suppressives instantly become themselves members of a suppressive group. They are suppressive group members because they are in fact supporting and condoning suppression. And if that isn't a suicidal route to cancer, heart attacks, stroke and death then I don't know what is.

Annie Tidman just died. So have many more. The list goes on and on and on. Staying quiet, staying under the radar… at what cost?

Tough love: All those who are keeping quiet because you have family inside the Church or because you accepted money... I care about you and that’s why I’m telling you now that you'd better wake up. While many of you write and post here and secretly support the Indie movement which is a step in the right direction, you are still following a treacherous (maybe even suicidal) path. Do you know that? The best thing you can do for your "family members" who are really not your family anymore (but traitors) is to shake off the suppression entirely and speak out loud and clear. That is called setting a good example. Maybe some people may take this as incendiary, but it is a kindness to warn people of danger. I am warning you of self destruction at your own hands.

Destroying yourself in the name of help doesn't do your "family members" inside the CoS any good does it?  Destroying yourself for any reason is not a solution.

It's no different than Annie Tidman quietly dying inside the CoS. She stayed connected and she died like every single person does. And she actually betrayed her own purposes and helped DM by doing so.

To stay quiet is to help the CoS and help David Miscavige.

If you haven't fully left the CoS, then you are still inside to a degree (it's a gradient scale) and you ARE in fact killing yourself by staying connected to a source of toxicity.

However, back to the main point of our human resources — there are many more people who have not spoken out and who need to come forward. With every new voice we stretch DM's resources. Any deal made with a suppressive person or group is OFF the instant you realize the error of your ways. Really people. The reason for that is because PURPOSE is senior to Policy.  (LRH's Admin Scale):

GOALS
PURPOSES
POLICY
PLANS
PROGRAMS
PROJECTS
ORDERS
IDEAL SCENES
STATS
VALUABLE FINAL PRODUCTS

But it's even sillier than that. Does anyone remember the placards that were posted on the walls of every org in the world starting in 1969? It was called Counterespionage. That Church Policy stated it was perfectly permissible to accept money from those forwarding the subversion of Scientology. It said you may keep the money, but you must also report the full particulars:

REWARD

As Industrial espionage is an ordinary occurrence in most companies, the staff is requested to be alert for

1. Any theft of documents or materials.
2. Orders or directions which will result destructively.
3. Any disturbance of files, bills or addresses.
4. False reports or advices to staff or customers or preached defeatism.
5. Willful corruption of tech.

Anyone detecting any of the above should report the matter at once to the nearest Guardian's Office with names and full particulars. Should further investigation result in the disclosure and apprehension or arrest of persons attempting willful harm to this organization A REWARD OF $250 will be paid by the Guardian's Office. Should a staff member be approached and asked to attempt any of the above actions he should promptly seem to agree, should accept any money offered (which he may keep) and should quickly and quietly report the matter to the nearest Guardian's Office so that the instigators can be traced and arrested, at which time the $250 reward will be paid.

Another reward of $100 will be paid any staff member or person in the field who should hear of or be subjected to any provocative anti-organization activity in the field and who then forwards the criminal background and connections of the provocative person in such form that it may be given to the police by the Guardian's Office.

______

Should any staff member have knowledge of any financial irregularity within the organization and furnish proof of it to the Guardian's Office promptly along with evidence sufficient to prosecute he shall be given 25% of all monies recovered.

______

BLACKMAIL

Any person or agency attempting to accomplish any of the above five points by reason of attempted BLACKMAIL of a staff member is liable to arrest. In this case the reward is also paid to the staff member on the arrest and conviction of those attempting it and the Guardian's Office will defend the person even before law and excuse the misdemeanor or crime being used in the blackmail attempt.

LRH, HCO PL 1 Sep 1969 COUNTER-ESPIONAGE

The Policy was updated in 1983 to replace the Guardian’s Office with RTC (yuk, yuk) and to increase the reward. Of course it does no good to report espionage crimes to RTC when RTC is the source of the criminality and abuse. Every lower organization has been subverted. It is idiocy itself to think that reporting the matter to RTC is going to do anything other than tell DM who his enemies are — since all reports to RTC go to DM and he is the one doing the subversion.

When everyone inside is gone, that leaves the outside world.

But the route out is even clearer than that. If you ever did anything to support David Miscavige, you were (mistakenly or not) a member of a group which is itself suppressive. The first step to distance yourself from that group is obviously #1 stop supporting the group. Supporting and even condoning DM's "church" would have amounted to a continuous overt act for you. The second step LRH gives is for you to make a public announcement to the effect that you realize your actions were ignorant and unfounded and stating, where possible, the influences or motivations which caused you to attempt to support David Miscavige and his malignant empire. LRH goes on to say "the letter should be calculated to expose any conspiracy to suppress Scientology or the preclear or Scientologist if such existed." Is there a conspiracy? Hell, yes: DM is the heart of it. Thus LRH says clearly to expose the conspiracy to the outside world.

Where is all this written? In the Scientology Ethics book under the steps laying out how to recover yourself if you ever mistakenly become a member of a suppressive group. DM attempted to use this last reference in reverse to force allegiance to him. But that would only leave you degraded and enslaved, back in DM's trap.

LRH said keep the money!

So Debbie, Wayne and all others you know who you are — it's not only the principle of the matter that will protect you, it's even in LRH Policy. The right thing to do is keep the money and expose those guilty of points (1 to 5) above. And just to be specific,

1. Any theft of documents or materials. David Miscavige stole LRH's OT materials from Pat Broeker by tricking Pat into thinking an FBI raid was en route. Miscavige had all the materials loaded into vehicles and the theft was complete. Marty already wrote all about that incident. There was also the destruction of the 1978 CBO (Central Bureaux Order) in which LRH outlawed "international events" because they knock people off post, disrupt normal wearing of hats in orgs and thereby depress stats. Miscavige is also responsible for denying the upper OT levels above OT VIII to the world despite promising their release as "eminent" since 1985.

2. Orders or directions which will result destructively. Miscavige has issued practically nothing but destructive orders including ordering individual staff members to keep quiet about legalities in clear violation of LRH's most basic Policy, Keeping Scientology Working. Through various intermediaries, Miscavige has approached ex-staff (victims and eye witnesses) and attempted to buy their silence with bribes and money. Miscavige also authored the New Era of Mismanagement (which destroyed the Flag-Folo-Org line). He destroyed the Eval Corps (the body responsible for issuing programs to orgs). He destroyed the Watch Dog Committee and the Exec Strata, and the Central Marketing Unit. Miscavige's "Golden Age of Tech" destroyed the training Bridge, mis-assigning the standard of perfection to beginning auditors instead of to Class VIII which is how LRH designed it to be. Miscavige is the source of numerous Tech Degrades such as boasting to the speed of delivery in sessions at Flag on the Grades. Acting in ways calculated to lose the technology of Dianetics and Scientology such as blaming his own criminal actions on Tech and Policy. Miscavgie also is the single person ordering continual "international events" since 1986 all of which knock staff off post particularly in the Public Divisions, rob the orgs of cash, and propagandize his own persona as the replacement of LRH. Miscavige implemented the IAS as a fundraising activity in direct violation of LRH orders forbidding ALL straight fundraising activities because they are a rip off and deliver nothing in exchange (exchange condition one — "rip off"). Further destructive orders from David Miscavige include his 1986 order (issued through Miscavige's patsy, ED Int) banning children from the Sea Org, thus cross ordering the most basic ideals of fundamental of Scientology — that a being lives across 8 dynamics, not one. Further illegal orders including blanket C/Sing of cases, ordering everyone onto Key to Life course, etc.

3. Any disturbance of files, bills or addresses. Ordering the destruction of vast volumes of files containing Tech such as org and continental mimeo offices; destroying reel to reel tapes in Qual Libraries in orgs; destroying the marketing files in Central Marketing and the Dissem Bureaux FCB; destroying old book stocks; ordering the destruction of all older editions of LRH books; illegally saddling veteran Sea Org members who who were witnesses to felonies or who left in protest of forced abortion, human trafficking, torture, false imprisonment and abuse, huge "freeloader" bills to bury them so they stay quiet — an example being my own debt for $82,000 (which I published in the St Petersburg Times — the first actual illegal Freeloader's bill ever exposed in in a newspaper), which incidentally was date coincident with the DM changing CoS policy — a good example of getting Ethics in).  Central files were disturbed through the centralization of all names so that public now get junk email from orgs they've never even been to instead of their own local org.

4. False reports or advices to staff or customers or preached defeatism. Of course this includes ordering individual staff to silence to stop them from blowing the whistle on criminal activities that are rampant in David Miscavige's "church." Miscavige is guilty of false reports circulated on whistle blowers to media attempting to assassinate their character by falsely labeling them as "adulterers," "kooks," "bitter apostates," etc. Such false reports are also combined with falsely labeling ex staff who leave due to abuse as "suppressive persons." He has labeled more than 60% of ex staff who worked for LRH at Saint Hill and ex-staff who worked at the Int base as "suppressives" — yet nearly all these staff had spectacular production records, gave years of dedicated service (in many cases the best years of their health), in which they sacrificed families and fortune in order to help make a better world. False reports, and falsely labeling staff is also combined with gross and flagrant abuse of disconnection policy — a policy that LRH himself cancelled, to produce an atmosphere of defeatism. Added to that is the intentional misapplication of tech in reverse — assigning wrong and blanket conditions to willing staff, continual heavy ethics, inspection before the fact, org board scrambles, cross orders, unintelligible orders, setting himself up as "command intention" and "Department 21" instead of LRH; Using heavy ethics to come down on any and all political enemies and even those imagined as being capable of becoming political enemies one day.

5. Willful corruption of tech. This is almost too rife to mention, but includes obfuscating the simplicity of being able to read an E-Meter by adding in the false datum that it can be seen in slow motion (a fact which LRH outlaws in the SHSBC lectures). Corrupting the perception of floating needles with the 3-swing rule, ignoring basic LRH tech on "fleeting FNs" ala "Are you waiting for the meter to play Dixie?" Blanket declaring of Clears who have validly attained the state as "not clear." Forcing OTs to run Solo NOTs twice. Forcing Scientologists to run the same rundown twice. Running Clears on Dianetics. Invalidating the state of OT. Forcing OTs and Clears to run objectives. Interrupting the "No Interference Zone" of Solo NOTs with extensive and frivolous security checks designed to introvert OTs into non-existent ethics issues. Invalidating auditors who were personally trained by LRH including as Class VIs, Class VIIIs and Class XII auditors and Case Supervisors as "the blind leading the blind" and then actually falsely cancelling their certificates and banning them from auditing people. Corrupting policy such as the system of Missions that LRH set up to spread Scientology delivery, sending in Finance Police to destroy reputations and verbally declaring people without recourse without proper justice procedures. So he is also guilty of corrupting the entire Scientology justice system and turning it into his own personal secret police force. Ditto with the old Guardians Office, throwing Mary Sue Hubbard out and burying the #1 person who helped LRH make Scientology what it is and helped it survive through it's formative years. DM's corruption of tech also includes the alteration of "freeloader" policy to create a political weapon in clear violation of state labor laws, billing veteran staff training and auditing they earned or were ordered to undergo.

Ex-staff and public who accepted hush money from Miscavige flunkies need to take back ownership of their lives.

You guys have a huge group — the entire power base of the Sea Org — who left in a mass exodus are now outside and ready to support you. All the movers and shakers — your old friends — are here and nearly all of them except a few are willing to help.

Annie Tidman died and died hard — why? Her purpose was with LRH. Below that, at the level of Policy, she agreed to keep quiet (agreements = policy). So she corrupted her own life and sent herself off purpose. The definition of living is “having and following a purpose.” No longer following her purpose, she died — first by definition and then the real thing.

Will you be next?

Dying to protect your son, daughter, parents, or a prevent a court battle isn’t any way to live.

Please, throw off suppression and come back to LIFE.

Whistle-Blowers - Thoughtful
Friday, 20 January 2012 03:07

Last week OSA made (their characteristically clumsy) efforts through at least two people to find out what I’m working on since I haven’t published any new articles on Scientology-cult. Shenanigans like that don’t happen unless DM blows up in a meeting, “You f**king assholes don’t even know what anyone is doing! There’s no intell. No prediction. No handling. And then “f**k you Dave!”

I love to reward OSA goons for messing with me. Way to go stupid.

Well, first of all Scientology cult doesn’t need new articles all the time. It is a multiple viewpoint system — an LRH management tech breakthrough designed to enable a manager (you) to understand the real scene by viewing it through multiple eyes (viewpoints).

Marty’s blog is a blog. It is accurate, truthful, has the latest news, published almost daily. Marty’s blog is a guerrilla fighter or maybe it’s the Marines. Scientology-cult is a rowboat or maybe it’s a battleship sitting off the coast sending shells 90 miles inland and right down DM’s chimney pipe. DM can’t stop Scientology-cult. Not even my death would stop this website. I arranged in my will to go on funding Scientology-cult for the next 100 years. Nothing will quench the bright beam of transparency, except unless the CoS ceases to be the suppressive group has become and get back on purpose.

Today Marty posted on Debbie Cook’s endangerment of all those people “under the radar” because she came out halfway. Doesn’t she remember LRH’s caution about the road to truth? It’s the only road you can’t walk down halfway. Debbie is being mobbed by agents for OSA, so all those people privately expressing sympathy with her recent protest letter are getting clobbered by OSA. Duh.

The topic reminds me of LRH's description of the "nice" person who, because he is afraid to get tough, ends up butchering people. In fact, whether one is "nice" or occasionally "tough" is not any pivotal issue. The real target is caring enough about others to deal in truth come what may.

Some people are afraid of what “come what may.” But it’s like the old “Let’s Make a Deal” game show when the person settles for a $5 watch, and then finds out they passed up a million dollar dream home. If you go with truth, “come what may” is your dreams.

Dreams come true if you care enough about others to deal in truth.

Personally I can't think of anything valuable enough to sell one's soul for. (Hint, hint).

Some people sell out their friends due to fears of self-preservation or for other reasons... well, that may be one's freedom of choice, but it is no route to OT.

By the way, I think Miscavige — in addition to being an SP — has a crashing MU on "OT." He thinks of OT purely in MEST terms. If he can force some pet target to be met — like getting a building built — the baby thinks that is OT. He literally cannot conceive of an operating thetan. I'm going to coin a new term for the way Miscavige operates: OM, Operating Meat. Miscavige literally accomplishes everything he does as Meat. He does nothing as a human spirit except kill people. He has never done anything positive that I know of as a being.

On another somewhat random topic (but not really): for ex-Int base staff who sometimes wake up enturbulated because they dream of being trapped again at the Int base, I stumbled upon another way to turn off the nightmare.

The first tip, which is really an ethics/responsibility point I've discussed earlier, was to spot the points in one's history with the CoS when you violated your own integrity. This chain of violations of personal integrity (you knew something was wrong but went along with it anyway) inevitably lead to victimization, entrapment and nightmare soup.

Well, here's a second way to deal with subsequent enturbulation from an earlier connection with intense suppression: consider what the CoS would have been like if it had embraced the positive concepts of Scientology instead of being a bank-dominated mob.  I.e., ARC, 8 dynamics, auditing, the Bridge, etc. In other words, what if the organization had been like you originally thought it should have been when you first started to learn about Scientology?

When I first heard about the Int base, it was called "over the rainbow." I assumed it would be a spectacular and productive locale where Scientology's own concepts were held up as ideals. Instead, living at the Int base was like floating down a river of flaming napalm.

But let me sharpen this pencil. Wouldn't one expect a Scientology organization to have the beingness of... say, how about an auditor?

You know, friendly place where people cared? Where people were terminals for each other? Where anyone who entered would always receive h-e-l-p?

Instead, an org is all about "Did you make your target yesterday? Did you?!? Is your 7RA graph marked? Well, why the f**k not? You're OUT ETHICS! You're assigned every lower condition 900 times. Comm Ev!" It's the showcase of the bank-dominated mob.

Another example: for as long as I've known Scientology, they have had a problem getting staff. Besides the sheer financial burden (primarily created by the Miscavige money vacuum) which forces staff to accept life in the poverty crevasse, organizations run a can't have on training and processing — two of the most valuable commodities in the universe.  Why not run a Day org like this: Work 6 hours and get enhancement for 2 hours. Pay's not great, but you will get up the Bridge. If you want to study at night also, you can. That means someone could work 6 hours and train/audit for 5 hours daily. Why not HELP staff get up the Bridge? Either we believe in our own tech, or we don't.

If someone won't pull their weight, they can leave. Public Divisions could be FULL of staff working 6 hours a day to bring in new people.

How is it possible any org could not have 500 to 1000 staff? I'll tell you how. Run a can't have on training and processing. Force staff to work all day with no enhancement for no money. Forget about moving public up the Bridge; just rip people off. It's the biggest problem Scientologists have — how to get up the Bridge.

What do YOU think should be the character of a Scientology org?

Miscavige gave us his idea: the "Ideal Org" (gong sound) — a horrific and frightening Stepford Scientology where every staff member is a robot submissive to Command Intention with fake affinity, unreality and no communication all focused to get the money, "Hi Bob, I need my quota of money so I can sleep. Will that be credit card or a summons to Ethics?" Meanwhile the living theta of Scientology has been sucked out and swapped for crown moldings, fluted columns, and Styrofoam signs... MEST (matter, energy, space and time). In other words, the life of a Scientology org was swapped for death.

Miscavige didn't like auditors because they didn't wear enough lipstick. So he got rid of the auditors and erected a giant statue of lipstick, straight up and vertical. That’s an "Ideal Org."

Anyway, so the next time you wake up at 4 am, enturbulated because you dreamed you were again trapped at the Int base or a prisoner on the Freewinds or at Flag, or in the RPF, or wherever, conceive of a Scientology org on the other side of the spectrum — where it should have been originally and all along, where MEST only needs to be clean, not glossy. And where staff are there to help people, not steal from them. And where being on staff is rewarding and life affirming on ALL dynamics, instead of a shock treatment.

Only someone who is an SP or PTS would insist that living by Scientology's own philosophic precepts "wouldn't work." Many businesses these days are flourishing by using the very same precepts.

Miscavige’s “Ideal Org” is in it’s entirety a colossal false datum. You can’t think with it, can you? When you can’t think with a datum, it’s false. Spot when you first heard it. Who told you about it (Miscavige). How he looked at the time (like a ugly red-faced human-pug mix). Blow the false datum and then consider what you think a Scientology org should be. No matter how cold the night, it will warm your socks.

Amusingly, if you are a reader of the Harry Potter series, the books describe a curious hooded creature called a Dementor:

"Dementors are among the foulest creatures that walk this earth. They infest the darkest, filthiest places, they glory in decay and despair, they drain peace, hope, and happiness out of the air around them... Get too near a Dementor and every good feeling, every happy memory will be sucked out of you. If it can, the Dementor will feed on you long enough to reduce you to something like itself...soulless and evil. You will be left with nothing but the worst experiences of your life."

Damn! Sounds exactly like the Int base. And that’s why I’m saying the Chairman Miscavige uniform is all wrong. It should be old hooded black Dementor rags!  Those unearthly cold black pupils of Miscavige would finally achieve haute couture fitted out in matching coal black Dementor hood.

In the Potter Series, the only defense against a Dementor is the challenging “Patronus Charm” which summons up a beautiful mockup exuding goodwill and happiness.

Well, if you’ve ever had a run in with Dave “I’m Yo Demento” Miscavige gettin up in your grill, and years later you are still feeling the cold affects invading your dreams...

Imagine a Scientology org as a showcase of the Scientology qualities you approve of. You will never see a nightmare vanish quite as quickly nor as thoroughly.

group-shot

Well, we struck a blow to David Miscavige’s empire of slavery and fascism and got out without a single casualty. Nice.

I arrived moments before Marty’s press conference started and videoed the whole thing. Videos below.

entranceI also took photos, which are included here.

The German people are incredibly friendly and the country is story-book beautiful. I love Dallas, but looking down on DFW before we landed, where — due to having one of the hottest and parched summers on record — most of the ground is the color of hay, whereas Germany was cool, lush and green.

The Meeting

We had 19 attendees which was three times the expected number of attendees and extra tables and refreshments had to be brought in, generously hosted by the Department of the Interior of Germany. Nations represented were Germany, France, Finland, Switzerland, UK and the US.

The spirit was high and the conversation was buzzing. Each person introduced themselves and gave a short story of their history in the Church and how they came to leave. Marty talked and people asked questions. After the meeting, we all went for lunch and then walked down to Hamburg Harbor and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the company of friends.

On the way home the next day I received an email from someone who obviously hadn’t blown all the false data he’d been implanted with over the years from the CoS. So perhaps I should summarize what seems to have happened in Germany over the last two decades.

Summary of a group engram

From what I have seen from my experience at the Int management level, the antagonism that exists in Europe toward the Church of Scientology was created by David Miscavige.

The Church’s crimes are many and one of them was that for many years, Sea Org personnel in WISE — instead of helping people improve with Scientology — ordered public Scientologists to mine confidential employment records (in the companies where they worked) for data that could be used to find their “ruins” and using that as intelligence, bring people into the Church. One by one, victims were contacted and pushed to make donations to the IAS or Ideal Orgs, etc.

ursula-caberta-rathbun

This flagrantly-criminal project wasn’t about helping people or getting them up the Bridge. It was about money, but the perpetrators believed they were above the law so it never occurred to them that they were doing anything wrong.

hamburg-city-hallHowever, the rest of the country saw things more clearly. They saw covert corporate espionage as a violation of their right to privacy, their civil rights, their religious freedom, and existing laws regarding confidential employment records. A lot of people not used to vulture-culture high-pressure sales tactics were separated from their money. Later, they complained to the German government who was obliged to do something about the abuse because Germans are all about taking responsibility. Taxes are high in Germany and citizens expect help from their government.

When a key government representative (Ursula Caberta) looked into the matter to see what was going on, she found herself personally under attack. Her neighbors were contacted. Protesters showed up in her neighborhood; it was unjust, yet it went on for years.

fountain-detailAnd it wasn’t just the German government that felt the outrage. Employees and business owners who were victimized by the Church of Scientology were also provoked repeatedly, and they rightfully reacted with hostility toward David Miscavige’s outlaw church by banning members.

In an incredibly underhanded move, Tom Cruise, John Travolta and other American actors were recruited as subversives for the Church of Scientology, and given the task to influence the US State Department and even Tony Blair who in turn put pressure on the German government to leave the Church alone.

Meanwhile there were also huge real-estate scams being run by outlaw “Scientologists”  which in turn funneled millions of dollars into the Church (and the IAS, etc.).  They were bilking credit card companies, the government and citizens.

hamburg-fountain-detail

At the very least, David Miscavige turned a blind eye. In the mid 1990s, the ED Hamburg was removed from post, brought to the USA, forced to “join” the Sea Org or be declared, and promptly vanished into the RPF at Happy Valley in the foothills of Mt San Jacinto, California. Meanwhile, a new puppet executive, Mark Yager (CO CMO Int), was put on post to run the Hamburg org. And within a week, he was flooded with orders from Miscavige and it was right back to business as usual — financial criminality.

hamburg-streetI mean come on: David Miscavige was not about to walk away from free money.

True suppressives are incapable of learning from their “mistakes” since such “mistakes” were intentional in the first place. Thus the CoS criminality in Europe continued for YEARS and YEARS. And finally in self-defense German companies implemented deep filters to weed out job applicants who were Scientologists.

In retaliation and instead of conforming with the law, David Miscavige directed OSA to spread propaganda that the German government wanted “to crush Scientology” a TOTAL LIE on all counts. But the Church didn’t stop there.

hamburg-courtyardSo malignant and vicious was David Miscavige, that he had his OSA branch implement a propaganda campaign to stigmatize the German government as Nazis. Talk about a low blow! That is what the “Church” of Scientology did in Europe and is still doing today.

Thieves

It’s easy to characterize Church-supporters as “machine men with machine minds” as Charles Chaplain described the Nazis. Stripped of their personal integrity, incapable of genuine observation and the ability to think for themselves, they see only what they are told to see and believe they are operating “above” mortal issues such as law and human rights.

Yet are they really any different from someone who is bent on breaking into your house and stealing your car?

The average criminal is just as unthinking, just as oblivious to right and wrong, just as sure he is above the law. So in dealing with supporters of the Church of Scientology it helps to realize you are simply dealing with criminals.

The German government is not concerned with beliefs. They are concerned with actions.  And supporters of the Church of Scientology have proven themselves to be incapable of trust.

Yet it goes even deeper. The comparison to thieves is apt.

hamburg-hauptbahnhofThroughout this entire period of strife in Germany, David Miscavige is benefiting as a true Merchant of Chaos. If you recall, a merchant of chaos makes money from chaos. Painting a grand conspiracy theory David Miscavige, secretly running the IAS, used Germany to CON millions of pounds, euros and dollars from Scientologists. Responsible German agencies were portrayed to Scientologists as reincarnated Nazis and a massive scare campaign was used to persuade Scientologists in the UK and elsewhere to give every last cent to the IAS as if the future of the world was hanging in the balance. In reality, all that was hanging in the balance was a new motor home for Tom Cruise and lots of new cars and a rock star lifestyle for David Miscavige who controls every last penny the IAS rakes in.

All of that money went straight into David Miscavige’s grasping arms.

Resolution

hamburg-railingIs there a solution for all this? Yes.

Exposure of DM’s crimes. Accountability. Transparency. Discipline. Ethics. Audits. Law enforcement. And jail. Every Scientologist needs to get involved and help any way they can.

What this means for European Scientologists

Some European Scientologists have been so conned by slick black PR (propaganda) that it may be hard for them to grasp. Here is the text of an email I received when I was on my way home.

“Germany is not safe for Scientologists as you claim. Mrs. Caberta helped to establish so many hurdles for believers in the tech. Why are still sect filters in place in Germany which not only target the Church but the religion/belief. Being a Scientologist in Germany, unless you are very prominent and like in your case their guest is quite difficult. Get a grip on reality and address that in your talks with her! You are used by her as a PR pawn and she will not change her stripes because you ask nicely. Germany wants to outlaw Scientology and the Church and they will not stop until they have successfully done so. With best regards, (name)”

hamburg1I think he wrote this because the DM criminality created so much mistrust from the authorities, it is going to take some time for the government and the business community and the general population to change their attitudes. Cultural lag.

Yet it’s an individual thing. Here’s how I handle this. In a nut shell, I don’t say, “Hi, I am a Scientologist.” I say, “Have you ever heard of the Church of Scientology? Well, I run a pretty large whistle-blowing website to expose their crimes, abuse and corruption. They really don’t like me.” I am now welcomed anywhere and everywhere; in other words, do the right thing in life and the rewards are acceptance, respect, freedom and support.

LRH said if a person fails to assign and enforce a condition, he will eventually be assigned the condition himself. The treacherous Church of Scientology has betrayed the trust of the human race.

sam-martin-kirsi

Have you done anything to enforce that condition on the Church? Your answer to that question will determine how trustworthy you are as a “Scientologist” in the eyes of Germany and the world.

I can assure you that I am welcomed anywhere I go because I speak out against David Miscavige and for the last three years have worked tirelessly to expose his racket.

You can’t blame decent people

hamburg-ferriesBy harming others “in the name of Scientology” David Miscavige and his outlaw “church” have created antagonism for the philosophy and driven people away from it. With each new crime, they are actually falsely incriminating the philosophy. Miscavige is a criminal, not a Scientologist.

But how is anyone outside of Scientology to know that unless we (you) tell them?

Criminal actions falsely committed in the name of Scientology make people think the philosophy is evil. Your role as an independent Scientologist would ideally include helping to expose DM’s crimes. In that way you can also be free yourself from the “contamination” and move forward freely as an Independent Scientologist.

Ramifications

hamburg-street1Our meeting in Germany was actually momentous. LRH said problems end where communication begins. There is power in our communication lines because they are theta lines. Every attendee was elated, except two likely OSA informants who, after being questioned by Ursula Caberta, left suddenly before the actual meeting got underway. It was funny that everyone in the group had already spotted them long before they left.

Over the years the CoS has made many enemies of people who intend the philosophy no harm. That includes most of Anonymous and lawyer Graham Berry who was invited to the meeting by Ursula Caberta. Graham’s business was destroyed in 1998 by the Church. The even sabotaged the sale of his home and forced him into bankruptcy.

old-saltThis is a 4th dynamic thing. People are coming together on the subject of the CoS and networking and sharing resources. By standing up as Scientologists against the Church, we are sorting out for everyone what the real problem is and who is at fault.

We are pulling together and starting to pull in unison. Like a starfish opening a clam, we are exposing the secrets of David Miscavige’s corrupt empire. He cannot last much longer because as powerful as the Church is, the 4th dynamic is infinitely stronger. By comparison, the CoS is only a paper shell.

David Miscavige is going down and buried in the pile of flaming wreckage will be washed up insiders like Tom Cruise, John Travolta and Ann Archer as well as Miscavige’s OSA Gestapo and his codpiece Tommy Davis. These guys have waited too long to get out, and now it is too late for them.

By going to Germany and clearing up misconceptions on the 4th dynamic, we are wearing the real hat of any Scientologist which is to create higher levels of understanding in the world. LRH said that moving in the direction of understanding is the only direction in life that has absolutely no liability connected to it. He stresses again and again there is NO LIABILITY connected with moving toward understanding. Understanding helps everyone.

This was the great secret of LRH’s success. Knowing this gives anyone a solution for which way to go.

rathbun-and-hall

Having spent 17 years at Int management I witnessed a lot of strife concerning “Germany.” So when I heard about this meeting, a lot of things fell into place.

iron-lightWe each have a stake in this world. For me, going to Germany was worth whatever it cost. So I just did it. I had no sponsor. I wasn’t even invited.

Least the CoS say I was “paid” to go there, I spent $1,713.10 on my trip to Germany (see update below) not including the cost of taking a week off from work. Pretty cheap for a 5-day trip.  My expenses were,

Airfare: $1,472.30
Lodging: $166.00
Food & transportation: $116.80
Total cost of my trip $1,755.10

Since my trip, nine people so far contributed a total of $711 to help with the expenses (thank you!), which brings my cost down to $1,044.10. I’m kind of hoping someone else will pitch in to help share the expenses and lighten my load. (If you can find it in your pocket book to help, I have a PayPal button for donations on the right column of this page. If anyone else pitches in, I will update this expense account accordingly.) ...UPDATE 9/24/11: Two more generous people have now contributed enough to cover ALL my remaining travel expenses plus a little more which helped cover the cost of taking a week off from work. I am thrilled that the whole trip evolution was so effortless. It is a tribute to the power, integrity and coherence of our group — Scientologists who are not busy dying from a toxic connection — and it is also a statement on the subject of OT.

However, one thing I am sure of: the human race never forgets a favor. They always repay help and will enrich your life in so many ways. They really deserve support. To me, they are the only team that matters.

This one is just to show how many news agencies were there — I didn't count them, but it was probably 25-30 journalists.

Miscavige crony arrested PDF  | Print |  E-mail

Jan Eastgate wearing IAS Freedom Medal

Hours ago Sydney police arrested IAS Freedom Medal Winner and high-ranking Miscavige crony, Jan Eastgate, and charged her with "perverting the course of justice."

The charge comes as consequence of Jan's incredibly vicious coercion of a child to lie to police and community services about the sexual abuse she suffered from her stepfather who was a member of the Church of Scientology.

The 11-year-old victim was Carmen Rainer, who made the allegations against Jan last year. As related to ABC News, "She (Eastgate) kept repeating that: 'Just remember you can't tell them. Don't say yes because otherwise you will be taken away from your parents and you will never see your family again'."

For anyone who doesn't know, Jan Eastgate is the current international president of the Citizen's Commission on Human Rights and a key enabler for the David Miscavige, the man responsible for the subversion of the Church of Scientology.  In April 2010, Jan traveled to Corpus Christie along with a handpicked group of DM suck-ups to stop John Brousseau from leaving the Sea Org.

David Miscavige awarded her the IAS Freedom Medal in 1988, three years after she threatened and intimidated Carmen Rainer to give false statements to police to protect the repute of the Church.

Carmen Rainer's story was corroborated by her mother Phoebe: "Jan Eastgate coached both of us, actually," said Phoebe Rainer to ABC News.

"She came with us to the interview and she basically told me what to say and Carmen what to say. She also told Carmen to lie to the police and I lied to the police as well because of that."

But Carmen's mother Phoebe wasn't the only witness. Carmel Underwood, was there as well. And who is Carmel? Well, she's one of the courageous authors who posted two articles on Scientology-cult.com, the earliest in June of 2009. Carmel Underwood is a freedom fighter who NEVER gave up because she's remained steadfastly loyal to the human race.

At the time of the Jan's perversion of justice, Carmel was a senior Scientology executive Australia. "I knew that Carmen was being coached on what to say to the Department of Community Services and to the police," she said. "So I challenged them on that and we had a bit of an argument and I was told it was none of my business and to get out of there. I didn't want to get out of there because I wanted to stop what was going on but I was escorted out of there."

Jan Eastgate declined to be interviewed at the time the allegations first aired on Lateline. In a later email to ABC's Lateline last year she described the allegations by Carmen and Phoebe Rainer as "egregiously false."

Last night ABC sent another email to Jan, but she did not respond. She was granted conditional bail and asked to surrender her passport. She is due to appear in Downing Centre Court on June 16.

If you are still sitting on the fence, perhaps you ought to consider just who's fence that is and who is sitting next to you?

Sharing a fence with child abusers is not a fence anyone should be resting their ass on.  This is the time to get off the fence and do what is right.

An Independent Scientologist who posts on Marty’s blog as "Splog" posted a comment and inspired the article that follows. First, here's Splog's great post:

I thought I’d chime in with some thoughts on what OT means to me.

I’m not OT myself (never did any OT levels), I might be Clear but that’s never been clarified. The definition of OT is cause over matter, energy, space, time, form and life.

That definition is not an absolute, there’s lots of room for gradients in there. One becomes OT gradiently, much like becoming “educated” – there’s no final end point and one can always become more educated that one is today.

Even just managing to live from one day to the next requires some “OTness”, how else do you get your body to pick up one foot, put it down in front of the other and move down the street? Somehow or another the being has to pull the strings in the body’s brain to make the nerves and muscles operate – is that not being “cause over matter”?

I firmly believe the state of OT is grossly misunderstood and what gets told in Class V orgs doesn’t help either. It’s not about party tricks and making teapots fly through the air with the greatest of ease – what’s the point of that? It’s not about canceling out gravity with “mind power” and getting to the moon with no effort – you’d have to get everyone else to agree on not having gravity first

No, it’s more about getting things done, and getting them done within the reality framework of the rest of the world. Let’s say a real OT wanted to help a poor community become self-sufficient. I live in Africa, so this is something real to me. A real OT would engage people in the village, find out what the current score is, and help them find something useful they could do. They’d have to figure out how to get and use resources, there’s funding, finding markets for whatever the decide to produce and a whole lot of getting people up the Tone Scale and actively producing.

Magic and parlour tricks forms no part of this – comm and ARC does. You don’t “wave” or “glow” it right – you persist in dealing with the people till things start moving in the direction of survival. You have to have good intentions across the dynamics, you have to be somewhat free of your own doubts and uncertainties to pull it off and you have to be willing to confront people and listen while they tell you all their reasons it cannot be done.

To me, that’s what OT must be all about. I don’t need a magic teapot that flies (I can rig up an internet-enabled coffee percolator instead  ), I do need to regain the ability to move a group forward to survival.

Maybe a real OT or three can chip in with their thoughts on how near or far to the mark I am?

Flying teapots and parlor tricks

flying-teapots

In my opinion, people who say "OT doesn't exist,” doesn't understand what OT is.

Splog gave a great example of an OT helping a community. Sure -- of course an OT could do that. But in doing so, it would be so much easier to do if one were OT. Here's how it goes for a real OT. He or she gets the idea of doing something. The desire is there to do it because it sounds like fun, or because it sounds rewarding or interesting. 24 hours later, he's talking to an electrician who is renovating a house and the guy mentions wanting to help out his village. He's wants to teach people how to be self-sufficient, but he needs someone to manage the project. And a little light goes on.

They talk more and the OT thinks, "Wow, what a coincidence" but of course he knows it's no coincidence. As it turns out, the village under discussion is the same place where the OT did some fishing the year before. He loved the people and then remembers making a postulate at the time to help them out one day. Further chatting reveals they have common friends in the same village.

The next day, the OT calls up the common friend in the village (who happens to be a teacher) and it turns out he wanted to get something going and even has a talk scheduled, but needed to bring in a speaker.

That weekend, the OT and the electrician and the teacher are hold their first talk and the community project is born. And the OT does some fishing, too.

And it all happens effortlessly. As if by magic. As if by accident. But it was no accident.

Getting your lightning on

There is an old Zen phrase: “Whatever you are looking for, it is looking for you.” Well, the more OT you become the more swiftly the process runs since there is nothing holding it back. Eventually thought alone can create change like lightning and I'm not kidding about that. I learned the hard way to "watch what I wish for."

This is the difference between operating as a spiritual being (dubbed in Scientology, a "thetan," hence “OT”) and operating as a material object.

The fact is, you aren't a material object. So it is difficult to operate that way! It isn't normal or natural.

The natural thing is to operate as  a spirit, because that's what we ARE. A spirit "operates" by thought. Observation is a part of that. Communication is a part of that. He or she makes a postulate ("I am going to help a village") or considers something ("Community work would be fun") and things in his environment swiftly fall into place.

The next thing you know, the project is in full production -- sparks and nails and cash are flying. And now the OT is writing a blog about it or a book or what started with one community has turned into a popular movement touching the lives of many people.

That's OT.

But as for the choice of what an OT might do, that could include anything constructive. In addition to defining life as a game, LRH defined life as "having and following a purpose." So that pretty much opens up the whole of life to an OT. Normally, they get involved in a whole lot of stuff and have a ball while doing so.

The reason being OT doesn't include floating teapots across the room is because every game has rules, and in this particular sector of the universe, the rules don't include doing parlor tricks. If you want some tea, you simply use your arm. Or ask someone to pass it to you. Or you postulate someone bringing some to you in the first place.

Got what it takes?

Just because we don't collectively float teapots across restaurants doesn't mean we can't do it. People do the same thing every day, and every person shooting down the idea of OT is himself sitting there doing these same magic parlor tricks in many ways even as he croaks out "There's no such thing as souls" and swigs down some more Christian Bros brandy like someone used to know. It is the most ironic thing imaginable.

A spirit, who doesn't know he's a spirit says it's not possible to operate as a spirit even while he’s operating as a spirit in saying that.

It's easy to demonstrate this: Lift up a teapot. Now answer this series of questions:

Q: How did the teapot rise up in the air?

A: My arm moved it.

Q: What moved your arm?

A: Muscles obviously.

Q: What enabled your muscles to contract?

A: Well, there’s fibers in the muscles that contract.

Q: Oh, okay. Like threads?

A: Of course.

Q: Good what made the threads contract?

A: Huh…

...you get the idea. One has to face the fact that any attempt to explain body motion purely in materialistic terms rapidly runs out of track. And what is left? Nothing. Or to be more accurately, “no thing.”

Exactly.

A being has no location in space, no mass, no energy, no time, but is the creator of all these things.

Mr. "There's no such thing as OT" is sitting there causing motion from nothing, fibers to move, or creating impulses in his brain that chain react down to the muscles and tell them to move (whatever). But at some point, that track when you run it backwards runs straight into a SPIRIT who is just flat out creating impulses and even creating space and time in which to create energy and motion.

So in actual fact, Mr. "There's no such thing as OT" is himself floating teapots across the room. And just because he's doing it on a via or two doesn't mean he's not doing it.

It's no different than having a rubber glove glide into the room on a roller skate, hitting the table and knocking the teapot off and onto the rubber glove which then rolls over to the person. Taking a step back, the OT is making the whole scenario happen. Duh! That's also a parlor trick. Whether he does it on a via or not, what does it matter? It’s just a matter of playing by the local rules where he happens to be.

But that doesn't mean if you went to dinner in some other galaxy, you might not be ducking teapots. And probably if you were, there would be some guy saying, "There's no such thing as OT, um-kay? If there was, they wouldn't need teapots, um-kay? But could just send streams of tea through the air and into their glass, see.”

And if you went to still another galaxy, where streams of tea were flying across dining rooms in restaurants and kitchens everywhere, SURELY there would be someone saying, “There’s no such thing as OT, because if there was, they could just make tea APPEAR in their glass instead of having to make it fly through the air like everyone else.”

...and you know, we could keep going all night. “If one was really OT, they wouldn’t need to drink tea but could just mock up the taste of it.” And so on ad infinitum.

But what are we really dealing with? Someone with crashing misconceptions of what OT is, what a spirit is, what the abilities of a spirit are, and how a spirit operates... and who is in total confusion as to what he or she actually IS. Because he is sitting there DOING parlor tricks and magic, but since everyone does it he discounts it utterly and now wants DIFFERENT parlor tricks before he “will be convinced.”

What you really have is a being in a state of confusion as regards the upper dynamics.

Confusion is not hard to handle. One just needs to find out where one is. However, Miscavige, at least at the Int base and I suspect elsewhere sabotaged the application of the Ethics conditions so that they wouldn’t work. In short, he forced people to apply them only as meat bodies, and not as beings. Whereas they just don’t work that way.

Anyway, the fact is, any able person who is having and following a purpose in life, who is playing the game of life, who is taking some responsibility for the world around them, already is OT. It isn't a status, it is a powerful way of living that enables one to succeed. All people who simply use their minds to make things happen around them, are all validly OT to a one.

How to win enemies and repel people

Life IS a game. And you know, it’s no fun to break the rules because as soon as you do, it’s not a game anymore!

You can demonstrate this as well to get a subjective reality. Get everyone around for a card game. Deal all the cards to yourself. Announce your winning hand!

How fun is that? It isn’t.

But it’s not just “no fun” for you. Ask everyone else around the table if they are having fun. They are going to say, “Noooooo.”

OTs play by the rules because life is no longer any enjoyable for anyone if you were to violate them.

We all agree to lift teapots using our arms. The arm is lifted by muscles. The muscles are lifted by fibers. But the fibers -- they are moved by sheer OT magic and that’s okay. It’s okay, because that is arbitrarily what we have all agreed to as okay.

And everyone at the table of life in this particular piece of the universe wants everyone else to play by the rules because to cheat would ruin the game for everyone. YOU basically know this already, and so it’s really YOU who limits your own abilities to perform parlor tricks, and you are doing it right in present time.

You kick the soccer, no?

I mean think about it. What do you got going? You are building a business. You are raising a family. You son is supposed to try out for soccer in the spring. He’s really into it and the other dads have already asked you to help coach and you have agreed to do that.

Then, one night some traitor (and that’s what they would be -- a traitor to the entire human race) floats a teapot across the room at Applebees. WTF!?!

If one person did it, then another could. And another. Now what? How does your kid play soccer when someone 100 feet away in the bleachers can just flick the ball into the net with a thought. So much for soccer. So all the leagues for kids are finished. Pro soccer comes to an end worldwide.

And so goes baseball, football. And as for business, how would it affect that?

Let’s look at it. If people can make things move without their bodies would that affect your job?

Example: You have been working hard. You spent a month launching a new project. Did presentations. Increased sales. And one day while writing an email you notice your credit cards floating out the window so some guy can do some OT identity theft. So you run outside to catch your cards as they float slowly across the parking lot toward the open window of a sketchy '73 Oldsmobile. Meanwhile these “real OTs” float your belongings out the back door and into a moving van. The credit cards were just a distraction since what they really wanted was your flat screen iMac. The next day they float your whole house off while you are at work and set it down 1,500 miles away on the shores of Lake Mead for a party you aren’t invited to. How do you feel about working now?

Kinda seems like there’s no point any more, right?

What would happen to the Dow Jones if someone floated a dinner plate across the room at Applebees? These are the obvious questions no one asks because they aren’t really confronting the CONSEQUENCES of “parlor tricks” -- no one is confronting this stuff because they in a condition of complete irresponsibility.

So ONE single person floating a teapot across the table at Applebees could utterly destroy nearly every ongoing game on the planet, and upset all civilization as we know it, BECAUSE nearly every system in our way of life is based on certain fundamental agreements. The agreements are just arbitrary as LRH explains in the Axioms and in the PDC lectures, etc., but if someone was to violate those agreements many if not all of those games would instantly go to pieces. Plunging the entire world into a very upset and unhappy chaos. And like Humpty Dumpty no one would be able to put our world back together again like it was.

Why? Because everyone was just pretending in the first place. Me, you, the other guy, we’re all just pretending we “can’t” float teapots.

So what really happens is this: As you go OT, one day you might find out you actually can do something and for a day, you do it and have lots of fun. Then you cut it off. Because if you kept on doing it, it would hurt people and disrupt our way of life.

An indescribably bright future

But that doesn't mean the world can't evolve toward floating teapots as "normal." Of course it not only can but will. But it will need to be done gradiently, so as not to be destructive. LRH wrote an issue called "OT Maxims" in the 1980s. It said (from memory) something to the effect of, "An OT must exert his power cleverly as otherwise it could be destructive." (I need a set of the Tech Vols if anyone has a set they don't want). Gradiently, the introduction of OT "magic" into the world would be fine. That's all. So, how much fun could the world of tomorrow become? Damn fun. You could fly your body up in the air and give any bird a run for it's money. It's just a matter of time. In other words, there is a natural, organic progression for these things. Before you go knocking hats off at 20 yards, you have to give people a chance to get used to the idea, as otherwise it would be VERY, VERY, VERY destructive. Down deep, you already know this is true and the easier you can acknowlege that, the more responsible you are.

The world is a cooperative endeavor. But good suggestions are always welcome. That's how an OT operates. He comes up with "good ideas" that easily gain acceptance, which is how he or she can operate "effortlessly."

Has this ever happened to you? You go to a movie and you get so "into" the movie you forget that you're sitting in the audience, in a chair, next to someone? Life works the exact same way. But the "movie" is 3-D. And unlike a movie -- which rolls out according to the way it was already shot and edited (meaning you can't change the outcome), with life you -- sitting right in your theatre seat -- can affect and mold and change what happens up there on the screen.

Okay, maybe you aren't very good at it right now... you say. Or are you? How many people do you know who themselves KNOW certain things just "go wrong" around them. We call this Murphy's Law. "Things always go wrong for me" "The car will always break down if I get in it" -- whatever. There are a million variations. They take responsibility for creating effects outside their own bodies as long as they are negative. Even some beer-swilling ne're do well will proudly crow about how things just "go wrong" for him no matter what he does. Look, if you have the power to affect things remotely so that they go wrong -- just cut off that last few words -- you have the power to affect things remotely. That's huge!

Power is power. You can only make things go wrong around you through the agency of your own power. So if you have ever done that in your life, heck, you also have the power to make things go in a positive direction.

But looping back a few paragraphs, where is that "theatre seat" from which you are viewing the 3-D "movie" of life? Would you like to see? You can, right now. Just do exactly what you do in a movie when you put your awareness back on the movie theater seat you are sitting in. Stop thinking and look.

How far is it to your nose? How far is it to your ear? What is the closest thing to you that you can sense? Can you feel your throat? How about the roof of your mouth? That's getting pretty close. How about the back of your head. Can you feel that? Top of your head?

Now just come in closer than all those things. What happens?

Well, perhaps you can observe for yourself that there is a threshold where space, energy, mass and time lose their meaning. As you draw in closer and closer to your own location in space what do you find? You don't have a location in space.

There is no finite distance from "where" you are, to whatever you view, because you aren't fixed in space. You have no location in space, exactly as LRH describes in the definition of a thetan:

AXIOM 1
Life is basically a Static. Definition: A Life Static has no mass, no motion, no wavelength, no location in space or in time. It has the ability to postulate and perceive.

AXIOM 2
The Static is capable of considerations, postulates and opinions.

AXIOM 3
Space, energy, objects, form and time are the result of considerations made and/or agreed upon or not by the Static, and are perceived solely because the Static considers that it can perceive them.

AXIOM 4
Space is a viewpoint of dimension.

AXIOM 5
Energy consists of postulated particles in space.

AXIOM 6
Objects consist of grouped particles.

AXIOM 7
Time is basically a postulate that space and time and particles will persist.

AXIOM 8
The apparency of time is the change of position of particles in space.

AXIOM 9
Change is the primary manifestion of time.

AXIOM 10
The highest purpose in the universe is the creation of an effect.

You place the world out there to view and then perceive it back. How large is the physical universe for you? Only as large as you are right this moment creating it. How many other beings are even involved in creating the room where you are right this moment? Not that many. Can you affect things in the world around you? Of course you can. I do it all the time. Daily. And it produces a feeling of pure joy.

That is the "joy of creating" that LRH wrote about.

In case of emergency, break rules

While moving up the Bridge, there have been days I could do incredible parlor tricks. One day while on Pro TRs in Austin I found I could move people's attention and make them turn and look. I made someone in a restaurant turn and look at the wall. I made people half a block away turn and look directly at me. I made people turn and look behind them. How fun! I did 10 different strangers in a row. Got every single one to turn and stare at something. They didn't know why they were even looking. A few hours later the ability was “gone.” Could I still do it? Yes and no. Ethically, it’s cheating. Something about it feels wrong, even thought it was fun to do. However there is one situation when performing miracles is permissible.

Emergencies. And that explains why some housewife can occasionally lift a 2-ton station wagon to free a trapped kid. Everyone knows how to do it and has probably done so at some time in their life.

I’ve given a couple of ways to prove you are OT. There are others right under everyone’s nose. Here’s another: Check with any physicist and you’ll find out that "mass" is 99.9999999999 totally empty space. You shouldn't be able to make two things collide if you had to. Yet you are doing it right now.

If you weren’t OT, you’d slide right this moment through the floor and into the ground. Your clothes would fall right through you.

Nothing should even be able to hold together. There’s nothing there to hold anything together since mass is virtually completely empty space.

Yet somehow objects maintain their form and you can even make one “space” able to hold onto and grip another “space” both of them basically empty space. But it's not OT if one of those “empty spaces” is your hand and the other “empty space” is a teapot.

It really is a joke. Everything around us is magical. You LIVE in a magical world. The more OT a person becomes, the more evident this becomes and the greater his sphere of influence. Moving beyond flying teapots, an OT influences the world around him or her through "thought" which includes postulates, considerations, intentions and agreements. An OT is able to "tap into" higher-level communication lines and forward generally constructive projects more easily. An OT thereby moves up out of the effort band, and into the "effortless" bands of energy that lie above the effort band. You can find plenty of information about this in LRH's books and lectures.

Not to brag, but to explain why I happen to know all this, is I've studied! Between 1994 and 2004 I studied to some 1004 LRH lectures, plus read all his books a number of times. And I applied the tech to my life -- because I had to -- to survive the infamous Int base, since that place is a spiritual death camp. And sometimes it was a physical death camp. My answer to the suppression of that place was to learn the subject of OT better than ANYONE else knew it. And I'm not trying to brag, but the proof is in the pudding. Check what has been accomplished since I started this website. Some pretty sweeping changes have gone down.

I will tell you one thing: it's far easier to apply these OT abilities in a safe environment outside that hell hole than from inside it. However, I learned I could do it anywhere.

But least anyone start to worry about OTs invading the world (which is total idiocy) it's not really that an OT "commands" things to happen around them. That is the most ignorant and wrong assumption. No. An OT rises in responsibility and in ARC for the world around him. He rises into a higher level of communication with all those other people who compose the world around him. His desires and projects are naturally "in sync" with others. It is not really "commanding" things at all, but is much more accurately described as "cooperating." An OT loves other people and wants to help them. Else they would not be "OT." God, how stupid it is to assume otherwise!

Love, faith, communication, reality, affinity, understanding, responsibility, knowledge, good control, integrity, compassion -- THESE are the components of OT. THESE are what enable an OT to KNOW. THESE are what is responsible for an OT's "sixth sense" (and seventh sense and eight sense, whatever they are -- that's a joke).

How OT are you? How much do you love the world? How much compassion do you have for the people who are trapped by life instead of playing in life. Answer that question and there's your answer as to where you sit in regards to OT. Plus you need knowledge and if you haven't studied diligently LRH's OT lectures and books... you're nowhere.

Perpetual motion

Here’s another example that proves you already live in a magical world. People say perpetual motion is impossible. You can't spin a top and have it keep on spinning forever. “That violates the laws of physics. Friction would stop it.”

Okay, what about an atom? An electron endlessly and perpetually spins around a core and generates a magnetic field and electronic charge. Each one of those atoms has been spinning and never slows down and will go on spinning forever. And virtually every physical thing we are sitting in is made of of these “perpetual motion” engines and yet some people insist “There’s no such thing as perpetual motion,” “There’s no such thing as OT.”

Max Planck, the physicist who founded quantum physics said, "As a man who has devoted his whole life to the most clear headed science, to the study of matter, I can tell you as a result of my research about atoms this much: There is no matter as such. All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together. We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter." What keeps all those atoms spinning? You and me. How do I know this? Because if you accept this as a theoretical fact, what do you know? It predicts new data and enables you to do things you couldn't do before. In short, it works. And as LRH said, workability is the ONLY yardstick by which truth can be measured. You got your theory, I got mine. Which one is true if any? The one that WORKS.

Thus, what do we say to these irresponsible people who insist real OTs “prove they’re OT” by basically performing different parlor tricks (than the ones we are all already doing all the time day in and day out) with the unmentioned but very real consequences of disrupting civilization as we know it?

You know what? Four words: "Homey, don't play dat." Going OT makes life more fun. It makes you more able to play the game of life because one is more awake. What works better: Driving while you are falling asleep? Or driving while you are wide awake?

I’ll wager you’re more successful as a driver while wide awake. I’ll wager you’ll also say it’s pretty irresponsible to drive while sleeping because it puts people’s lives at risk.

Have you ever been playing a board game on the floor and suddenly the dog runs right across the board knocking everything off? That’s what happens when someone interrupts your game. It’s upsetting.

OT is by definition more responsible. You can’t “be OT” without being responsible, because it is one’s very responsibility that makes a person able to discover and perceive how life actually works. So, now that you are OT, now that you are responsible, the last thing you want to do is do the pinnacle of irresponsibility and destroy every single game everyone cares about on the entire planet and make everyone start over from scratch.

Generally speaking, one kind of activity in life isn’t necessarily any better or more fun than another. It’s more a matter of having a basic purpose and following it. If you are doing that, guess what -- you are living. And if you aren’t… you’re to that degree not living, man.

That doesn’t mean it’s okay to do things that are destructive. What OT is going to take pleasure in that?

We'll always have Paris Hilton

But let’s take "frivolous" things. I don’t love shopping. But if I had a purpose that involved needing some nice threads... okay suddenly shopping is fun. Because I have a purpose, now shopping advances me toward achieving my purpose. There is fun in that.

Once I’ve achieved that purpose, it ceases to be fun. Many women LOVE shopping. Well, it's because they have a purpose in place and shopping moves then forward in fulfillment of that purpose. So, to them, shopping is "fun."  People who don't have that purpose can't understand what they are talking about and might conclude Paris Hilton is a mindless flake or horribly unhappy inside. I bet you she is not. She goes shopping and gets endorsed by cosmetics and earns a huge income from that. So for her, shopping advances her business of being a very successful fashion plate.

But really, "shopping" is neither “fun” nor “not fun”: the activity is not the point.

NO ACTIVITY in itself is either fun or non fun.

NO ACTIVITY in itself is either meaningful or non meaningful.

NO ACTIVITY in itself is either rewarding or non rewarding.

Any activity you care to do either aligns to some purpose you have or it does not.

If it does not, then it is for you not a pleasurable activity.

If the activity does align to a purpose that you have, then the activity is fun, meaningful and rewarding because it advances you along in your purpose.

Think about the ramifications.

This radically alters one’s understanding of life, what it’s about and how to play it successfully.

When I was a child, I used to look at people doing what I considered “frivolous” things and I’d think, “Is that all life is all about? Just buying stuff?” I collected some material things and it didn’t seem to give me much joy. So I wrongly concluded most people were bored in what they were doing and life didn’t have any point.

No: one has to create "the point" in the first place and then life does have a point! And meaning! And it’s fun!

Life is empty ONLY when your activities don't move you forward toward at least one of your own adopted purposes. The real fault is failing to adopt, select or think up some activity (purpose) you want to do in the first place.

Solving depression

So when you know that, how easy is it to solve “depression.” Come on, it takes like 3 seconds to solve. Are you depressed? Dream up something you want to do. Collect twigs that look like animals. Build a tree house. Learn how to dance the Shu-ga-loo. Or the Shy Tuna. (Or if you really like the B-52s, you can be the first person to do the Camel Walk and the Hip-o-crit at the same time and video it and put it on You Tube and then get yourself on Tosh.0). Maybe Paris Hilton’s purpose was to be famous. Hey, she did it! She must be having fun.

The moment you start to follow a purpose… oh my God, life opens up and you are having a blast! Life takes on meaning and interest. It’s so easy to do.

Someone wants to say “OT doesn’t exist?” Well, I just proved it did, and simultaneously laid out a program to preserve all civilization as we know it, and solved worldwide depression, and planted seeds for a sizzling new dance craze.

If anyone wants proof that OT exists, here’s the official answer: go look in the mirror.

You think understanding the subject of OT will help us reform Scientology?

It just did.
