While the exposure of DM and the Strong Arm practices of the church continue there may still be a need to get on with the business of expanding Independent Scientology by generating brand new public as well as give the existing independents a place they can go to study and socialize that is not a church but is standard.

To this end I would like to ask a couple of general questions to help some friends and I understand what Independents as a group would like to have in such a place. It would probably have to start out small but could grow with patronage and delivery of standard study tech. You could probably even send a new public there to do a hard TR’s course 1970’s style. A real debug or some actual assistance with ethics from another student might be helpful. Maybe you might like to get away with people of like mind and destimulate?

1. What would you call a place where any individual could be delivered standard study tech without interference from the CofS?

2. How far would you travel to get trained at such a place?

3. Would you like a place you could bring a new public?

4. What courses would you want them to do?

5. Would you like to be able to study anything in this course room?

6. What course would you like to do most?

7. Is there a course that you had huge wins on once that you can’t find now?

8. What would a be a reasonable price for 1 week part time study?

9. What would be a reasonable price for 1 week full time study?

The idea must be in the air! :-)
I just put together a forum-like website (http://orgboard.freezone-tech.info) to serve the purpose of organizing freezone scientologists into a productive group. We do have a few scn forums up and running, but discussions are prevalent there. I made mine in a form of an Org Board, starting with 7 divisions, which can be modified to serve the purpose of a freezone needs. I believe that if we want to produce auditors and clears, we do have to create an Org with firm channels and stable terminals for the flow to appear. The internet Org can be the place to meet, to find the materials, to get connected with groups to study, audit and to co-audit.

1) Independent Scientology Group (then Org).

2) 20 min / 20 miles (I'd rather start a group where I live to avoid waisting time on travel).

3) Yes. (To begin with, it can be meetings on the nature sites - pick-nick or camping grounds by the lake or else. The date and place of such meetings can be announced on the Internet. Such places have all we need - beauteful theta views, tables, electricity and even internet! :-) The introductory lectures can be given at such events, TRs & Meter Drills classes, graduations etc. )

4)
a) Special re-train programm for auditors who do not audit.
b) Mini-courses from the green book (the one before the Scn hand book) - study tech, assists, PTS/SP, Ethics, Communications etc - the basic skills - for new public
c) Book one auditors (HDA Course)
d) Admin tech - to help people to start a group
e) Course Sup for those who will start a group.
f) Group Processing & intro-lectures on a weekly basis.
g) Graduations gathering - barbecue party like events with success stories sharing, with invited special speaker who will tell about LRH, about Scn how it used to be when it was fun, with intro lectures for new people, with group processing, with singing by the fire or fishing or hiking.

5) I didn't get the question - what else would I want to be able to do in the course-room if not studying? Of course, I would like to be able to study in the course-room.

6)
- re-train programm for auditors,
- admin to start a group,
- beginning courses for my friends and
- (free of charge) graduations parties for fun for me and my friends and there friends and relatives.

7) -

8+9) I would make it a membership like payments that give access to materials and a certain level of services. Like fitness clubs do. $1000 for a year, $100 for a month, $30 for a week, $10 for a day. Like an all you can eat buffet - it will be "All you can study Course room"! :-)

5) An Auditor course
6)Student Hat,
7) 200$
8) 500$

1)Independent Scientology University
With all the stuff an University does. The subject belongs there.
2)Around the planet
3)Yes
4)Old Has-Course
(basic theory of arc, thetan, static, com.cycle, OT, Thetan, reactive and analytical mind to full understanding and then trs the hard way incl. upper indoc trs)
old Hqs Course with objectives co-audit,
then for the people that reach for dianetics an HSDC (with new era Dianetics)where they afterwards coaudit on dianetics. Was one of the most successful action ever done (1975-77)and it produced the most clears ever achieved in history, soon afterwards the dianetics clear Bulletin came out. One can let them fumble around with old dianetics if they want (ridge on the bridge) but should put them soon on HSDC as there they learn everything about dianetics, the meter, auditing and they'll see the whole track in action and they know what they are. Very simple.
HAS= Hubbard apprentice Scientologist
HQS= Hubbard qualified Scientologist
HSDA= Hubbard standard (new era) dianetics auditor.
So, in only about 5 weeks full time study you'll get and full fledged Scientologist that is unkillable.
5) Yes
6)SHSBC and Class VIII
7) yes see above
8)enough money so the staffs have a good life !
