Creating Antagonism | Print |

A Little Hint of Things to Come...

Today Scientology faces an unprecedented degree of hostility. It is drifting in a sea of ill will: protests and demonstrations, exposes in the news, videos catching Scientology security guards in the act of abuse, and a firestorm of public protest online.

In the case of an individual experiencing such antagonism, the standard thing is to find out what he or she is doing to create the antagonism in the first place. Ironically, it was Ron himself who wrote, “Many Scientologists, in their misunderstanding and misapplication of Scientology, create the conditions that bring about the antagonism in the first place.”

Protest at the gates of Scientology's secret interntional headquartersAs it is with the individual, so it is with the group. But in the case of Scientology, the cause traces directly to the crimes, violence, abuses and brutality of David Miscavige.

And what of the resulting antagonism? Toward what end does it move? Is it really aimed at the destruction of Scientology? There certainly is a lot of talk online about ending Scientology. But where is all this is really going? Ah, there is an answer and what it means is something far worse for David... Call it a phenomenon of the times we live in. Call it

...transparency.

Strong hands are manning the ropes and pulling in unison. The dark curtains have begun to part. David's crimes are being exposed for the whole world to see. And there is nowhere for him to hide.

With transparency comes justice. And with justice comes dismissal and possible jail terms for some of top lieutenants on the wrong side of the law. The time to blow the whistle is now. The time to speak up, provide evidence and expose the corruption is now. To say nothing is to condone crime. Those of us who have left did so because we don’t believe in condoning criminality.

Once that happens, and it already IS happening, woe be to David. He will soon become a man without a friend in the world. A man destined, like the fictional Tony Montana in the film Scarface, to reap the hurricane of his own treacherous actions.

Most ironic of all...

Ron’s screenplay entitled, Revolt in the Stars, tells the somewhat sanitized version of the Xenu story. In it, the villain, apprehended after bringing worldwide calamity, was “displayed in glass-encased locomotives that traveled the face of every planet in the Confederation. At every station, the trains would halt, met by angry, indignant crowds. Among the bands of citizens were some more bold than the rest. These displayed their hatred and utter contempt for the felons with tangible expressions in the form of eggs, tomatoes and other such objects, pelted pell-mell at the carriages.”

In the case of Miscavige that glass-encased train is called the Internet. And he’s already on aboard. Citizens throw their rotten tomatoes in unison at all stops. And he will never get off that train.
