Casey, thank you. I am hoping to have our first staff member of an org soon come out and share with the world. We will see if they are up to it. I don't think Kathy True really thinks she is doing wrong. That, my friends, could be real bad. I have read about delusion. YIKES!

Rob well done to you for writing this KR.As far as people being scared to say anthing you are correct. I believe this stems from years of being told your only terminal is your CS or ethics officer. Well I can tell you for certain that in most Class lV orgs staff will not admit wrong doings. Can you imagine the staff that have never taken any responsibility for their overts against others? They have to be very unhappy and miserable people.

oops

The "oops" is that I mistakenly hit the thumbs-down on RT's response to RJ when I had intended to hit the thumbs-up. I had hoped that OSAs would be a last haven of sanity within the church structure and not just another arm of enforced off-policy actions. To present 33 questions and be told they would not be addressed is not a handling that gives me any confidence that we can resolve the mismanagement problems from the inside.

Response to RJ

RJ, you are welcome. I didn't care to do it 3 years ago because my position was that if they were unwilling to salvage a person who was worth 500k to them by just answering the 33 questions, then why would they even read my KR? After speaking with a friend recently, they encouraged me to do it for other reasons - moving to slight or gentle cause. They said that the internet would access it, other former SCN would access and people still inside might access it. That was enough for me to do it. I agreed with them that the wrong thing to do was nothing. If enough people did this, then the wall would come down. My observation is too many people are scared to say something but most are thinking and observing the same things. I wanted to make it safe for them to practice the creed of SCN without recourse.

Thank you Rob for submitting this KR which is very well written covering actual events and personal experiences. Again, I can't thank you enough for posting this KR, because I blew charge just reading it. You have in very few words pin pointed a situation, not just miscellaneous out points and that situation is an actual lack of caring on the part of those still in control of the organization.
